Andy joined our team last August, having move back to the area from stints in fine restaurants and resorts in Boston, Chicago, Boulder, and San Diego over the past 18 years.

Upon arriving @ Elk Creek, Andy promptly put his Pastry Chef skills to work on our menu, and we are producing all breads, buns, + desserts in house!   He is firmly committed to advancing our mission of supporting local farmers + providers, while insuring that you have the best food experience around.  And he has the culinary chops to do just that!!
